We are beginning our unit on Apples. We are beginning with Johnny Appleseed. I will try to post pictures of our activities on our picture page. Second grade is beginning a new unit on graphing and data collection. First grade is finishing a substraction unit and is almost ready to move into graphing and data collection as well. We are studying weather in science. In social studies, we are exploring communities. We are examining the new food plate which is replacing the food pryamid. We are finding healthy meals and snacks a snap to develop.
